About the role
The Territory Sales Specialist drives product growth and expands distribution in the assigned region. They build relationships with retail partners and execute sales strategies to increase product visibility and sales.
What you’ll do
• Implement sales strategies to increase distribution and shelf space. • Call on established and new retail accounts regularly. • Plan daily/weekly routes to meet sales goals. • Use Salesforce CRM to track sales activities. • Build strong relationships with store managers and distributors.
What you’ll bring
• 1+ years sales experience, CPG or tobacco a plus. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
