About the role
Manage the ticketing and reservation unit, handling bookings and customer inquiries. Ensure smooth ticket sales and provide travel information to clients.
What you’ll do
• Make reservations and issue flight tickets. • Sell travel products and promote special offers. • Use computer reservation systems to check availability. • Answer questions on dates, prices, and availability. • Follow up on enquiries and convert to sales.
What you’ll bring
• Proficiency in 3 GDS, especially Amadeus & Galileo. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Minimum OND qualification. • 3-4 years ticketing experience. • Strong analytical skills.
