About the role
Manage the ticketing and reservation unit, assisting customers with bookings and inquiries. Use computer reservation systems to check availability and promote travel products.
What you’ll do
• Use computer reservation systems to check availability. • Answer questions on dates, prices, and flight availability. • Arrange reservations and routing for passengers. • Make ticket bookings and quote fares. • Follow up on enquiries and convert to sales.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum OND qualification. • 3-4 years ticketing experience. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Proficiency in Amadeus & Galileo GDS. • Strong analytical skills.
