About the role
Manage passenger bookings, ticket sales, travel schedules and ticketing records to ensure smooth passenger experience.
What you’ll do
• Manage bookings, ticket sales, reservations and cancellations. • Provide accurate travel schedule and fare information. • Issue tickets and receipts with proper documentation. • Reconcile ticket payments and maintain sales records. • Respond to passenger enquiries and complaints professionally.
What you’ll bring
• OND, HND or Bachelor's in related field. • 1-3 years experience in ticketing or customer service. • Good numerical and communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ticketing software. • Ability to work under pressure and flexible shifts.
