About the role
Manage lease administration client implementations and transitions. Oversee data migration, reporting, and client relationships throughout the transition lifecycle.
What you’ll do
• Manage multiple projects concurrently. • Track project scope, schedule, and budget. • Oversee lease abstraction and quality control. • Develop client governance programs. • Manage client escalations and resolutions.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years in commercial real estate lease administration. • Experience with multiple real estate database applications. • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Strong time management and independent work skills. • Knowledge of FASB/IFRS accounting rules preferred.
