About the role
Provide travel consultation, handle bookings, and promote travel products to clients. Manage customer relationships and ensure accurate processing of travel arrangements.
What you’ll do
• Attend to customer enquiries and prepare quotations. • Handle flight reservations and ticket issuance. • Promote and sell travel products and packages. • Maintain customer records and sales reports. • Resolve customer complaints and support travel needs.
What you’ll bring
• OND/HND/Bachelor’s in related field. • Experience in travel agency or airline preferred. • Knowledge of GDS platforms like Amadeus. • Good communication and sales skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
