About the role
Manage travel bookings, provide expert travel advice, and handle visa applications. Build client relationships and manage customer inquiries.
What you’ll do
• Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, tours, and travel insurance. • Provide expert travel advice and design tailored itineraries. • Process visa applications and manage documentation compliance. • Convert inquiries into confirmed sales and build client relationships. • Manage booking changes, refunds, and customer inquiries.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum HND in related field preferred. • 3 years experience in travel consulting or sales. • Proficiency in GDS like Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo. • Basic knowledge of visa processing for major destinations. • Basic exposure to tour packaging and transfers. • Excellent customer service, communication, sales, negotiation skills.
