About the role
Protect the integrity of the patient experience and Solace platform by investigating and resolving risk situations. Ensure patient safety, conduct oversight, and operational risk management within the Customer Experience team.
What you’ll do
• Serve as escalation point for patient safety concerns. • Investigate and resolve complaints empathetically. • Review flagged conduct reports for ethical compliance. • Monitor feedback to identify risk patterns. • Partner with internal teams on risk and safety.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in trust and safety or healthcare operations. • Calm and methodical approach to sensitive situations. • Strong investigative and communication skills. • Familiarity with complaint management and risk frameworks. • Based in the United States.
