About the role
Edit raw influencer footage into high-converting, authentic video ads for social media platforms. Craft narratives with hooks and pacing to drive sales and engagement.
What you’ll do
• Transform raw creator footage into direct-response video ads. • Structure edits using marketing frameworks. • Create multiple hook variations for testing. • Apply platform-native visuals and captions. • Produce high volumes of iterations quickly.
What you’ll bring
• 1–3 years editing UGC or social-first content. • Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro. • Familiarity with CapCut and After Effects a plus. • Strong storytelling and comedic timing. • Excellent English communication skills.
