About the role
Lead UX research and design for medical imaging products, collaborating with product teams and users. Translate clinical needs into intuitive, high-quality user experiences from discovery to release.
What you’ll do
• Plan and lead qualitative and quantitative UX research. • Set research priorities with product management. • Synthesize research into personas and insights. • Design intuitive interfaces from concept to release. • Mentor less experienced designers and researchers.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in UX-related field. • 4+ years in UI/UX design and research. • Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud. • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and design specs. • Strong communication of design rationale and research findings.
