About the role
Responsible for reviewing annual crop insurance policy documents ensuring compliance with federal and company guidelines. Builds strong relationships with agents and serves as a subject matter expert for underwriting.
What you’ll do
• Review crop insurance policy information for coverage and rating. • Respond to broker inquiries within designated timeframe. • Verify policy rates using RMA and ProAg tools. • Prepare quotations and answer agent questions. • Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulations.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum two years relevant professional experience. • Preferred agriculture or crop insurance industry experience. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
