About the role
Join Bright!Tax as a US International Tax Associate to prepare and assist with US expat tax projects. Work remotely with a collaborative team to deliver accurate tax services for Americans living abroad.
What you’ll do
• Prepare US income tax returns for Americans abroad. • Collaborate with Tax Team on tax projects. • Handle international tax forms like 2555, 1116, 8833. • Assist with complex reporting forms 5471, 8865, 8858, 3520, 8621. • Maintain communication with clients and update status.
What you’ll bring
• BA in Accounting or related field. • 2 years expat tax preparation experience. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Proactive and self-motivated team player. • Proficient with international tax forms.
