About the role
Identify and present business and operational specifications to meet company initiatives. Assist vendor management with performance, governance, analytics, risk, and implementation support.
What you’ll do
• Apply performance metrics and KPIs for vendor evaluation. • Monitor vendor productivity and quality against contracts. • Prepare vendor performance reports and support governance. • Identify systemic issues and develop improvement strategies. • Support vendor onboarding and operational readiness.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 3-5 years operations/processing experience. • Minimum 3 years analytical and data processing experience. • Preferred training in Six Sigma, ISO, SAS 70, TQM. • Degree emphasis in statistics, math or related field preferred.
