About the role
Conduct KYC and pre-employment verification checks on prospective employees to ensure accuracy and authenticity of recruitment information. Handle sensitive employee information with integrity and confidentiality.
What you’ll do
• Ensure secure handling and confidentiality of personal information. • Conduct identity verification using valid documents. • Authenticate educational and employment history. • Identify discrepancies or falsified documents. • Maintain verification tracker and submit reports.
What you’ll bring
• Knowledge of KYC and background screening. • HND/Bachelor’s degree in related discipline. • 1–2 years experience in verification or HR. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. • High integrity and attention to detail.
