About the role
Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective flow of materials and products. Oversee planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and distribution functions.
What you’ll do
• Lead supply chain operations including planning and logistics. • Develop and implement supply chain strategies and policies. • Coordinate with production, farm, hatchery, and commercial teams. • Optimize inventory, logistics costs, and supplier performance. • Build and mentor supply chain teams and drive improvements.
What you’ll bring
• 10 to 12 years in supply chain management. • 5 to 7 years in senior leadership roles. • Experience in agri business or FMCG preferred. • Exposure to large scale or multinational operations. • Bachelor's degree in relevant field; MBA or PGDM preferred.
