About the role
Manage and grow VIP client relationships in Poland focusing on high-net-worth individuals and active traders. Drive trading volume and assets under management through strategic partnerships and client development.
What you’ll do
• Drive trading volume and maximize Assets Under Management. • Formulate revenue strategy and optimize product offerings. • Lead partnership efforts and negotiate with partners. • Manage relationships with HNWIs and key clients. • Oversee compliance and serve as brand ambassador.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent fintech/crypto experience. • Fluency in English and Polish; CEE languages a plus. • 5+ years in VIP business development in crypto/fintech. • Strong analytical skills and crypto product knowledge. • Knowledge of MiCA, MFSA, AML/KYC, and CEE regulations.
