About the role
Assist clients with visa applications, travel documentation, and immigration processes. Provide professional consultation and maintain client records confidentially.
What you’ll do
• Advise clients on visa requirements and application procedures. • Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships. • Assist clients with visa application forms and documentation. • Keep clients informed about application progress and updates. • Stay updated on visa policies and immigration regulations.
What you’ll bring
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. • Good knowledge of visa application procedures. • Relevant qualification in Travel, Tourism or related field is an advantage. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Previous experience as a Visa Consultant or similar role mandatory.
