• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field. • 3+ years experience in VoIP or network engineering. • Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols and PBX systems. • Experience troubleshooting VoIP and network issues. • Understanding of networking fundamentals.
