What you’ll do
• Set and drive technical standards and best practices. • Own engineering talent decisions and development. • Partner with managers and leads for quality delivery. • Engage hands-on in architecture and problem solving. • Build and own engineering career ladder and mentorship.
What you’ll bring
• Experience leading engineering in federal contracting. • Commercial or product experience preferred. • Hands-on technical credibility. • Strong Agile, DevSecOps, cloud modernization knowledge. • Authorized to work in the United States, may require clearance.
