About the role
The VP Quality & Accreditation leads clinical quality performance and accreditation across Medicare and Commercial lines. This role manages HEDIS strategy, clinical quality programs, and vendor ecosystems supporting data collection and reporting.
What you’ll do
• Build unified quality operating model across all business lines. • Own enterprise HEDIS performance and accreditation status. • Lead clinical quality programs and quality improvement initiatives. • Manage accreditation strategy and survey readiness. • Oversee vendor ecosystem for HEDIS data and abstraction.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years leadership in health plan Quality and Accreditation. • Bachelor's degree preferred in healthcare or related field. • Proven track record improving HEDIS rates and accreditation outcomes. • Experience leading cross-functional teams and vendor ecosystems. • Strong financial acumen and ability to influence senior executives.
