About the role
Support and maintain customer integrations using Smartling’s web proxy solution. Troubleshoot and collaborate with customers and engineering teams to ensure scalable solutions.
What you’ll do
• Own customer tickets end to end with clear root-cause explanations. • Run troubleshooting sessions and advise on integration best practices. • Escalate issues to Engineering with reproduction steps. • Build scripts and tooling for faster diagnosis. • Make safe changes to live production configurations.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field. • 2+ years in customer-facing technical support roles. • Experience with HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs. • Strong skills with browser DevTools and network debugging. • Comfortable writing scripts in JavaScript, Python or Bash.
