Wellwork Supervisor II

About the role
Support safe, efficient, and reliable wellwork, workover, and well intervention operations. Oversee personnel and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
What you’ll do
• Review wellwork programmes with engineering teams. • Support quality assurance inspections before mobilisation. • Promote SSHE standards and mentor personnel. • Verify equipment readiness and testing requirements. • Coordinate execution readiness and support onsite operations.
What you’ll bring
• Strong understanding of wellwork procedures and risk management. • Current and valid Well Control certification. • Experience with oil and gas operators or service providers. • Ability to supervise personnel and coordinate operations. • Minimum 10 years industry and supervisory experience.
