About the role
Support customers and manage social media channels for BodyFast. Assist with content creation and community engagement.
What you’ll do
• Handle customer inquiries via email and social media. • Manage community on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube. • Support posting planning. • Create social media content using AI tools. • Maintain marketing metrics and assist pipeline management.
What you’ll bring
• Enrollment at a German university for at least 3 semesters. • Residence in Germany. • Fluent German and English, other languages a plus. • Interest in nutrition, health, lifestyle. • Experience with social media and customer support preferred.
