About the role
The Workforce Business Partner acts as a trusted advisor shaping organizational health and aligning people strategy with business priorities. The role drives workforce planning, performance enablement, and leadership effectiveness to support growth and innovation.
What you’ll do
• Lead workforce planning and organizational design discussions. • Partner with leaders to translate goals into people plans. • Coach leaders on talent strategy and performance management. • Ensure compliance with policies and labor laws. • Analyze people data to identify trends and opportunities.
What you’ll bring
• 2–4 years progressive HR experience. • Strong understanding of HR functions. • Ability to use HR data for decision-making. • Experience in fast-paced or multinational environments. • Preferred fintech or banking experience.
