About the role
Support the smooth running of the State Level End of Round Review Meeting for SMC delivery. Assist with workshop materials, refreshments, attendance, and IT equipment.
What you’ll do
• Distribute workshop materials to participants. • Coordinate refreshments during breaks. • Take photographs of training sessions. • Coordinate attendance taking. • Set up and operate IT equipment.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in administrative support for workshops. • High attention to detail. • Minimum National Diploma in any discipline. • Ability to take meeting notes. • Good communication and organizational skills.
