About the role
Manage daily operations and commercial performance of the YB Yard outdoor food and beverage section. Ensure efficient operations, sales growth, and excellent customer experience.
What you’ll do
• Oversee daily operations of grill, bar, food and beverage. • Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards. • Manage inventory, stock levels, and purchasing. • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards. • Supervise and train Yard staff to maintain performance.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in sales, inventory, cost control, and customer service. • Understanding of food and beverage operations and financial reporting. • HND/Bachelor's in Hospitality or related field. • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in hospitality or food service. • Ability to manage staff and resolve customer complaints.
