About the role
Manage and grow Excelstra's YouTube channel to build audience and revenue. Develop strategy, content, and analytics reporting for channel growth.
What you’ll do
• Channel audit, positioning, and growth strategy. • Content strategy based on trends and audience growth. • Manage publishing calendar and Shorts production. • Create titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails. • Produce monthly analytics report for growth guidance.
What you’ll bring
• Experience growing YouTube channels, preferably business content. • Strategic mindset spotting trends early. • Proficient with YouTube Studio, Analytics, and SEO. • Skills in Canva and vertical video editing. • Fluent written English and availability for weekly ET meetings.
