About the role
Manage and analyze English-language YouTube channels to develop and scale content strategies. Coordinate video production and optimize channel performance.
What you’ll do
• Research target audiences and generate video ideas. • Create video outlines, titles, and thumbnail concepts. • Coordinate scriptwriters, editors, and designers. • Publish and optimize videos using YouTube Studio. • Analyze analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
What you’ll bring
• 1+ year managing and analyzing YouTube channels. • Strong knowledge of YouTube Studio and niches. • Translate analytics into content improvements. • English proficiency at B1 level or higher. • Experience with Google Sheets, vidIQ, and AI tools.
