About the role
Manage rooftop PV projects including engineering, procurement, construction, and O&M. Coordinate with clients, site managers, and teams to ensure project targets and profitability.
What you’ll do
• Manage technical aspects post order survey and detailed engineering. • Handle O&M projects and daily construction activities. • Interact with clients to match targets and cash flows. • Support sales team with estimation and site surveys. • Organize solar installers and subcontractors for installation and commissioning.
What you’ll bring
• B.E./B.Tech in electrical engineering. • 4-7 years experience with 3+ in Solar PV sector. • Knowledge of project management software like MS Project. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Familiarity with statutory requirements and ERP software.
